Massage Prices

Every massage depends on your goals, preferences, and progress, and I want each one to be excellent, so I charge by session length instead of technique. So decide what session length works best for you, and click the button to book now!

30 Minutes

A thirty-minute massage is perfect for managing a problem area and is a great way to fit self-care into your routine. A typical thirty-minute massage includes the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips but it can be adjusted as needed.

60 Minutes

A sixty-minute massage is excellent for addressing multiple problem areas or a relaxing full-body massage. Depending on your goals, a typical sixty-minute massage includes the back, neck, shoulders, hips, legs, feet, arms, hands, and scalp.

90 Minutes

A ninety-minute massage allows time to focus on multiple goals, letting us address a problem and still have time to relax. A typical ninety-minute session is a full-body massage with extra time spent on the problem area, but it can be modified as needed.

Massage Techniques

To provide an excellent experience every time, I may use multiple techniques during your session, depending on your goals. All massages are performed within the scope of practice defined by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy
