3 Great Health and Wellness Podcasts

As a massage therapist and an ADHDer constantly needing input, I have a few favorite podcasts. Because I know first-hand how frustrating it is to search for the answer to your question, I want to share them with you. Each host is relatable, down to earth, and full of valuable information.


Why Listen to Health and Wellness Podcasts


Having the correct information is the first step to taking control of your health, but reliable information about health and wellness can be hard to find. The internet is full of influencers spouting misinformation about exercise, nutrition, new trends, and expensive products. So, I've created a short list of my favorite health and wellness podcasts. I'll add to this list as I find more.


1. The Optimal Body

Dr. Jen Fraboni & Dr. Dom Fraboni

"Doc Jen and Dr. Dom are doctors of physical therapy whose goal, along with long with expert guests, is to help you discover what optimal means in your own body."


My favorite thing about Jen and Dom is how they understand the nuances of treating humans. We all have different needs and routines, and they are excellent at helping their listeners understand the many different approaches to health.


2. Aligned and Well

Shawne Arceneaux, RN, BSN, NC-BC

Shawne's personal and professional experiences culminate in her ability to provide a safe space for learning. She is uplifting and positive, and her voice is soothing.


3. Struggle Care

KC Davis, Therapist, Author

"A podcast about self-care by a host that hates the term 'self-care.'"


KC discusses care tasks, which are what you do to keep yourself, your family, and your home functional. Examples include exercise, cooking, cleaning, and other things that keep you alive. KC knows how hard it can be to stay on top of these tasks and provides tips on how to get it done while being gentle with yourself.
