Whether you’re looking for an escape from your daily grind or relief from the kink in your neck, a 45-minute massage is excellent for people with busy schedules. In forty-five minutes, we can focus on one or two problem areas or manage stress with a relaxation massage. Every session should be what YOU want, so your feedback is critical before and during your session. Please keep me updated on your goals and progress, and let me know if I can make any changes to improve your experience.
Community Guidelines
At Unkinked Massage Therapy, my goal is to provide a professional, comfortable, and inclusive space where every client feels respected and cared for. The following policies help ensure a safe and consistent experience for all clients. Booking & Payment All appointments must be paid in full online at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment for another date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will forfeit the session fee. Please call or text if you need to cancel or reschedule. Punctuality Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for your session. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client. Please avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early, as that time is used for sanitizing and preparation. Illness Policy If you are ill or showing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive sick will be asked to leave and the session fee will be forfeited. I will provide the same courtesy if I am unwell. This policy protects all clients, especially those who are immunocompromised. Inclusivity Unkinked Massage Therapy welcomes clients of all ages, body types, races, religions, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, neurodiversities, and abilities. All sessions are judgment-free and designed to create a space of respect, safety, and trust. Professional Boundaries Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior—including sexual comments, requests, or physical contact—will result in immediate termination of the session, forfeiture of the session fee, and may be reported to law enforcement. Scope of Practice Massage therapists do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform chiropractic adjustments. All treatments are provided within the professional scope of practice as defined by the North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy (NCBMBT). Confidentiality All personal and health information shared is strictly confidential and will never be released without written consent, except as required by law.
